Jonathan Byrd Built Greenbriar on One Standard:
If He's Not Satisfied, the Job Isn't Done.

Jonathan Byrd started Greenbriar in 2020, basically as a side project. Then he found out he was going to be a dad, hired some people, and the rest took care of itself. Word spread. The business grew. And somewhere along the way, it turned into something he was genuinely proud of.

What drives him isn't complicated. A lot of homeowners have been burned by contractors who didn't show up, left jobs half-finished, or charged more than they quoted. Jonathan got into this business to be the opposite of that. He says the most rewarding part of the job is restoring faith in homeowners who've been let down before.

His standard is his own. Even when a customer is satisfied, that's not always enough for him. He's not done with a project until he is. That's just how he works.
